Finishing the basement of this home in Covered Bridge Estates created approximately 1300 sq. ft. of additional living space. The bar area is a showcase designed for entertaining, with its Decora maple cabinetry, custom bar tops, high-tech lighting, hardwood flooring, wood plank ceiling and built-in appliances. The game room, separate spa room, 3/4 bath and gas fireplace all add to the livability and comfort of this spectacular basement.

This project won 1st place in the basement finish category of the HBA 2001 Remodelors of Distinction Award.
