This dramatic basement finish in Lake Lorraine, transformed a typical average basement into a showcase spectacular. This 1325 sq. ft. renovation consisted of a family room, entertainment area, custom bar, glass-enclosed exercise room, deluxe laundry room, bath and craft area. The existing 9’ basement ceiling allowed all beams and duct work to be hidden, and a big emphasis was put on recessed lighting. (Interior design by Alan Brainerd Interiors)
