In order for the owners of this home in Smithton to finish their basement, a “PermEntry” basement entrance was cut into the exterior concrete wall, thus creating an exterior access to the basement. The 1900 sq. ft. of basement area was transformed into a family/game room with custom built bar, office, study, kitchenette, and bath. Florescent and recessed can lights were installed throughout for a “sunny” atmosphere.
