To achieve an open floor plan, a main support post was removed and a heavy steel “I” beam was installed to span the family room of this finished basement in O’Fallon. A family room with a new Heat-N-Glo gas fireplace with a stone face and hearth, a new bathroom with a cultured marble shower and linen closet, a study and an exercise room complete this renovation.
