Basement finish for the Mann’s

The Mann’s basement was similar to most lower level areas, unusable dark space. They contacted Fulford Home Remodeling to create this spectacular 1565 sq. ft. layout, which included a bedroom, bathroom, large laundry room, bar, game room, and entertainment area. Walls were constructed as per plans, and a steel support beam was reinforced with a steel “C” channel, which allowed for the removal of a steel support post in the entertainment area. A large emphasis was put on lighting to brighten up the finished areas, with other features including a custom cabinet entertainment center with “hidden” motorized projection screen, and a projection unit concealed in soffit above. The finishing touch was the oak bar cabinetry with wet sink and refrigerator, making this showcase lower level the envy of all their friends.
