When the Chadwick’s purchased this 60 year old west Belleville estate, they knew the home had great potential, but it needed extensive renovations. Interior bearing walls in the kitchen area were removed, and new walls and arched openings were built to create the needed kitchen space. Custom maple cabinetry, granite counter tops, state of the art appliances, and limestone flooring were combined to create this showcase kitchen. The master bathroom was also completely transformed, with ceramic tile shower and flooring, steam unit for full body shower, custom cabinetry with Italian marble vanity tops, and a pocket door unit. A direct vent gas fireplace with custom surround and entertainment cabinetry was also installed in the master bedroom. The existing garage was converted into a hearth room, which included extensive framing, gas fireplace with stone front, and custom maple cabinetry.
