The Royer’s kitchen was adequate but a bit confined, so they contacted Fulford Home Remodeling for help with the design. The existing kitchen cabinetry, appliances, and walls were removed. An adjacent covered patio was converted into a hearth room, which opened up the kitchen to allow for the new kitchen layout. A large emphasis was put on lighting to brighten up the new space with other features to include ceramic tile flooring, maple cabinetry with staggered-height upper cabinets, an island with gas cook top and raised seating, and Cambria solid surface countertops. This kitchen renovation greatly increased both the livability and value of this home.
