| Major Renovations for the Roberts’
When this Signal Hill property became vacant,
the Roberts’ had a vision of “what could be”
and purchased the 1920’s bungalow style home. This extensive
project included removal of the entire roof system, construction
of a full second floor addition, and complete interior rehab of
the main floor. The existing 1100 sq. ft. house quickly increased
to 2300 sq. ft. of living area, which now included a living room,
dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and family room on the
main floor, and three spacious bedrooms, hall bath, and master
bath on the second floor, with plenty of closet space. Everything
on the interior of the home was replaced, and exterior painting
of the brick, new shutters, cedar deck, and landscaping added
the finishing touches to this beauty.
