| EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS FOR THE ROYER’S
The
Royer’s contacted Fulford Home Remodeling looking for ideas
on how to change the front appearance of their home, and a “facelift”
was just what the doctor ordered.
The existing front porch roof, concrete porch and sidewalks, and
brick were removed. The existing foyer truss system was modified
to create a barrel-type ceiling, which matched the shape of the
new elliptical window above the front entry door. Two dormers
and a box bay were added; a two story front entry was constructed,
including concrete porch and sidewalks leading to the driveway.
Brick veneer, stone work, and shutters were added to complete
this project, which added considerable value and “curb appeal”
to this golf course home. This project won first place in the
Exterior Projects category of the HBA 2004 Remodelors of Distinction
Awards.
