Over years, Fulford Home Remodeling has developed quite a “love affair” with this 90+ year old home in the Signal Hill area. It all began with Pella window replacements in 1991, which quickly led to a second story master bedroom/bath suite in 1992 and a complete renovation of the foyer stairway, back to its original state in 1993. In 1994 an exterior deck was transformed into a four seasons sunroom, and 1995 saw the replacement of the homes porch railings, back to the original design. Renovations to the third floor in 1996 transformed a seldom used attic area into an exciting game room for all to enjoy. In 1997, a direct-vent gas fireplace was installed in the sunroom, and in 1998 a laundry room, rear entry and covered porch addition was constructed. Renovations moved inside in the winter of 1999, as a portion of the basement was converted into a full exercise room. Careful attention to detail has been the cornerstone of each and every project, from architectural design to expert craftsmanship.
