Fulford just wrapped up the conversion of a deck to an interior office space along with replacing an old wood deck and replacing it with a screened in deck/porch. Looks amazing. The quality of the entire team from beginning to end was top notch. The skilled craftsman they used on our project were so impressive. We definitely made the right choice. We had our basement finished and could not be any happier with the result, the service, and the process from concept to design to finish. We recently had a sunroom added to our home. After looking at and meeting with various contractors we chose Fulford Remodeling because we felt Trent was the most upfront with us and they designed our sunroom and all its extras for an affordable price. It is by far our new favorite room in the house. We had a sketch of our dream basement. Fulford Home Remodeling sat down with us at our house to capture every detail and desire. They then created a 3D design of everything we wanted. They even presented other options and alternatives for our consideration. I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you and your entire team for the wonderful job that you did on our covered deck this year. Communication tends to be very problematic for most contractors. This was never an issue with your team. For starters, the project moved on schedule virtually all the time. The few delays were communicated in a timely manner. This was greatly appreciated and eliminated the frustration that so often goes hand in hand with a home improvement project.

The only budget overruns that we incurred were decisions that we made ourselves. There were no hidden costs or other negative "surprises." Joyce and I would like to thank you and the entire Fulford Team for delivering our addition and remodeling project on-time, at the contracted price, and with the quality that was promised. Being in the construction business gives me the ability to know the difference between price and value. We are often challenged to have the low price but what most people don't understand is that low price is not always the best deal. Providing a pleasurable experience at a reasonable price is just as important. Our companies have a parallel attribute.....selling value!

The position of selling is a challenging position and you do it well. You know the products that are being proposed, you understand how to use laymen's terms to get your point across, and you are very responsive to your clients' needs. I also appreciate the many follow-up communications along the way. It's nice to know that the "sales guy" is really checking to see if the field guys are delivering what was promised.

Ken did a great job working with you and us to develop the design of our project. He gave us several design options to consider on the layout and elevations. He was very flexible with revisions. The change from Hearth Room to Sun Room, the change from vaulted ceiling to coffered ceiling and the change from gable to hip roof were much easier to make with the renderings he created. The final product completely resembles the renderings.

James is a great lead carpenter and was very flexible with the minor changers that were implemented. This is the cooperation that is always needed on a project, and it was very much appreciated. He also did a great job assisting the subcontractors and keeping us informed. He went the extra mile. He even monitored my kitchen project when I needed a little assistance.

Larry was always available, and made sure we were happy. He challenged the subs and made sure things met our expectations. He kept me informed almost daily, even if the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. He understood there were going to be some challenging times, and he made sure he was there when we needed him. He made himself available any time of the day or night. He communicated very well, which we've found to be a key ingredient to a successful project.

Thanks again for your efforts. We're really enjoying the new areas of our home.

I have used Fulford Remodeling for a kitchen remodel and returned to them again when we decided to remodel our bathrooms. This project consisted of gutting and remodeling the main hall bath and master bath simultaneously. Fulford minimizes the stress of construction in the main living area with daily clean-ups, and completing quality work on schedule.
