I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you and your entire team for the wonderful job that you did on our covered deck this year. It was truly a pleasure from beginning to end working with your staff. The final product was even better than we had envisioned. However, to only state that we were pleased with the outcome would be selling Fulford short. We were pleased from start to finish.

Communication tends to be very problematic for most contractors. This was never an issue with your team. For starters, the project moved on schedule virtually all the time. The few delays were communicated in a timely manner. This was greatly appreciated and eliminated the frustration that so often goes hand in hand with a home improvement project.

The only budget overruns that we incurred were decisions that we made ourselves. There were no hidden costs or other negative "surprises." Again, I want to thank you and your entire team for all of the hard work and dedication. Clearly I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to make an improvement to their home. Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved who ensured a successful home improvement project that we will enjoy for the remainder of our lives!
